Review Draft Report
‐ Mention that impact fees are being updated due to the
revised comprehensive plan.
‐ Add definition of traffic survey zone (TSZ).
‐ Double check the costs of Water Projects G and I.
‐ Mention that the future land use is from the 2030
comprehensive plan.
‐ Table 2‐3 and Table 5‐1 are not consistent.
‐ Review the high, medium, and low density numbers in Table
5‐1.
‐ Add definition of low, medium, and high density residential
to Table 5‐1.
‐ Include land use maps in the report.
‐ No businesses have less than a 1‐inch meter.
‐ Move the Impact Fee Comparison Graphs to the appendix.
‐ Remove the discussion on Chapter 395 from Section 5.
‐ Put Demand in parenthesis in the title of Section 5.7.3.
‐ Revise Street names in Table 5‐6 and add a note that the City
is only responsible for 20% of Projects 6 and 7.
‐ Update the numbering of the Roadway projects.
‐ Update the table numbers in Table 5‐9.
‐ Add schools to Table 5‐10.
‐ Add a note that uses not identified in Table 5‐10 will be
determined using the current trip generation book.
‐ Add notes in Appendix E to Freeport Parkway projects that
80% is RTR funds and 20% is funded by the City.
