WA1005-CS120103RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KELLER, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING A PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR DECEMBER 1, 2009, TO CONSIDER AMENDMENTS TO THE LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLANS, AND ASSOCIATED IMPACT FEES FOR WATER, WASTEWATER, AND ROADWAY CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS. WHEREAS, in accordance with Chapter 395 of the Texas Local Government Code, Section 395.055, a public hearing is required to consider amendments to the Land Use Assumptions, Capital Improvements Plans, and associated Impact Fees for Water, Wastewater, and Roadway Capital Improvements; and WHEREAS, the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee, at their October 12, 2009 meeting, filed their written comments on amendments to the Land Use Assumptions, Capital Improvements Plans, and associated Impact Fees for Water, Wastewater, and Roadway Capital Improvements, in accordance with Chapter 395 of the Texas Local Government Code, Section 395.050; and WHEREAS, the amendments to the Land Use Assumptions and Capital Improvements Plans, and the amounts of proposed amended Impact Fees per service units for Water, Wastewater, and Roadway Capital Improvements have been made available to the public on October 15, 2009, in accordance with Chapter 395 of the Texas Local Government Code, Section 395.054. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KELLER, TEXAS: Section 1: THAT, the above findings are hereby found to be true and correct and are incorporated herein in their entirety. Section 2: THAT, the City Council of the City of Keller, Texas, hereby establishes a public hearing date for December 1, 2009, to consider amendments to the Land Use Assumptions, Capital Improvements Plans, and associated Impact Fees for Water, Wastewater, and Roadway Capital Improvements. 1 AND IT IS SO RESOLVED.
