Ms. Walker,
I am the project manager on the Impact Fee Update. I would like to make a clarification. The planning and zoning commission acts as the Capital Improvements Action Committee (CIAC).
During the January 19th P&Z meeting they will end their meeting and open up as the CIAC and make a recommendation and comments based on the Impact Fee Update Report to City Council.
This will not follow the typical P&Z - Council schedule. Per chapter 395 of the Local Government Code Council will need to set a public hearing date and advertise 30 days in advance.
Our tentative time line for the public hearing is on February 28, 2012 but this could change.

The last two items on this agenda, could you send more information on them? The Draft Water/Wastewater/ Roadway Impact Fee Study Comments -- is this at the end of the agenda then?,
