I have attached a link to the Laserfiche file of the Draft Impact Fee Update Report. This will need to be on the 1/19/12
P&Z commission agenda as the P&Z acts as the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee (CIAC) to make
recommendations to Council per Chapter 395.058 of the Local Government Code.
Please review the attached document in regards to land use assumptions and impact fee calculations. I will be unable to
attend the December 29th Staff DRC meeting. I understand there is quite a bit on the agenda so if you would like to
discuss it, I will try to get Mike G. up to speed on the project prior to the meeting. Let me know what your comments are
and we will do our best to have them addressed. I am already planning on a meeting the first week of January with FNI
to discuss the report. If you would like to attend this meeting please let me know.
