WA1005- CS111104 (2)George, I just left you a voice mail, but I can never be sure whether I clearly listed my questions, and it is always easier for me to read an e-mail than to try to take notes from a phone call. I understand you are working on updating Coppell’s impact fees right now and that you might have some of this information readily available. Any help you can provide will be appreciated: The City of Irving is obtaining information about the local use of impact fees by key surrounding communities. If you could please respond to the questions below and send as many of the answers as you can obtain back to me by 4 p.m. Wednesday, November 9th, I would appreciate it. When did you adopt the ordinance to collect impact fees? Did you do the study in-house, or hire a consultant? How much did you pay the consultant? What is your current charge for: Water? Sewer? Streets? Drainage? What was the total revenue last year from: Water? Sewer? Streets? Drainage? Do you do the periodic update in-house or hire a consultant? If a consultant handles updates, how much did you pay last time?
