WA1005- CS110913George,
We loaded in the 0.8 MGD from the QT/Dividend development and started to add flow from the proposed Cypress Waters development. Of the options you are proposing below, the best of the
three locations is Option C. There is surcharging in this line from the point of tie-in down to Beltline/Southwestern. The largest amount of surcharging occurs in the manholes south
of Wrangler just north of where the 12ā line ties in (that runs east/west just south of Wrangler). There are no overflows, but the surcharging gets within 3ā of the rim of the manhole
(using a peaking factor of 4.0 for the rest of the system).
The amount of flow that can be accommodated from Cypress Waters with the 0.8 MGD from QT/Dividend is 0.25 MGD with the flow conditions mentioned above, also with tying in at Option C.
Let me know if you need additional information or if we need to look further at the other tie-in locations, but I know that the capacity available at the other two tie-in locations
is reduced from what Iām showing above.

Jessica,
The plans submitted by Cypress Waters shows a tie in at Location #2. Since then they should have been working with the QT/Dividend engineer to combine their tie in. I believe they
are thinking about 3 scenarios: A) location #2, B) At the manhole at the pipe change from 12" to 15", or C) Along the 12" after the ox culvert shifts outside the pavement.
At this point we have not directed anyone as to the exact location other than telling them that the ex. 8" stub is not sufficient.
Thank You, George

George,
I want to confirm that we are talking about Cypress Waters and the QT property both tying in at Location #2 on the attached plan and not at Location #2 (which is Lakeshore Drive). Our
recommendation for Cypress Waters was Location #1, but you had mentioned the Northlake driveway as being the tie-in location, which is Location #2.
