Dear Mr. Marshall:
Please submit the engineering traffic study plans for review for the proposed entrance in Coppell,
Texas on SH 121 just west of Denton Tap Road. The area on page 9, figure 8, for the driveway
placement located on the Cummings tract meets TxDOTs spacing guidelines and is the preferred
location. If a right turn lane is proposed please include a traffic study analyzing it. Adding the
right turn lane appears to negate the current traffic study and preliminary approval.
