George, I was out last week and have bond presentations and a budget workshop on Monday. It will be Tuesday before I can stop and work on gathering the data you need. It looks like the
majority of the historical water usage data being requested Ted should be able to get for you. Ted and I prepare the annual water usage report for the Tx Water Dev Board, Ted should
have complete copies of that report for the prior 5 yrs. I put in a call to our programmer about pulling the utility billing data in electronic format as requested on the second bullet
point under Historical Water Usage on their memo (not sure when that will be available).
I talked to Ted on Tuesday, so give him call and see what he can provide

A few weeks ago I contacted Kay to gather some water usage billing info. I understand she forwarded it on to you. How is that going? Our consultant is meeting with us next week on
Thursday to go over the project and would like to have that data to prep for the meeting. I was unaware that they needed it before this meeting. Is this something you can complete
this week?
