Please be advised that Northwest Dallas County Flood Control District ("the
District") has reviewed the drainage plan for the proposed project referenced above.
We hereby approve the plan as submitted. Although we reserve the right to
inspect the installation of any part of these improvements located within the boundaries
of property owned by the district, we welcome inspections by the City of Coppell and
hereby grant the City of Coppell the right of access in order to perform such
inspections.
Upon the completion and acceptance of these improvements, the District will
assume the responsibility for the maintenance of all improvements located within the
District's property.
