Re: City of Coppell
Village Parkway Pump Station Addition
Gentlemen:
As you requested, we are handing you five full size sets of construction plans and specifications for the City of
Coppell, Village Parkway Pump Station project. These sets are for your use during construction of this project
and include copies of Addenda 1 and 2 along with a copy of Change Order No. 1.
The City is currently executing the contract documents and Change Order No. 1. Once the contracts have
been signed, we will schedule a pre-construction conference. It is anticipated that a work order and notice to
proceed will be issued to you at that time.
We have reviewed your certificate of insurance an found the coverage for the O.C.P and Excess Liability
policies did not include an endorsement naming the engineer as an additional insured. As we discussed, please
have the policies and certificate revised to provide the required coverage.
