called the Principal), and UNITED STATES FIRE INSURANCE COMPANY a corporation (hereinafter
called the Surety), are held and firmly bound unto CITY OF COPPELL
(hereinafter called the Obligee), in the full and just sum of SEVEN THOUSAND
EIGHT HUNDRED AND NO/100 Dollars ($7,800.00***) lawful money of the United
States, for the payment of which, well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, administrators,
executors, successors and assigns,jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.
WHEREAS, said Principal has performed the Site Utilities for Redhawk Medical located at Denton
Tap and Bethal School which improvements have been or are about to be completed and accepted.
AND WHEREAS, it is required that L.E. DELEKTA, INC. should guarantee the project from defects caused
by faulty workmanship and materials, general wear and tear excepted, for a period of Two (2) year(s), from the
date of acceptance.
NOW THEREFORE, if the said project shall be free from defects of workmanship and materials, general wear
and tear excepted, for a period of Two(2) year(s), then this obligation shall be null and void,
otherwise to remain in full force and effect, until 6/26/15
