RE: Notification of Repairs/ Maintenance Bond
Bellacere Addition, Lots 1-8 Replat
Dear Mr. Nyre,
An inspection of the referenced project has be conducted by representatives of the City of
Coppell prior to the expiration of the two-year Maintenance Bond. The following items
need to be resolved in a timely manner and no later than two weeks from the date of this
letter. Therefore, all repairs should be made by Tuesday October 13tH
The sewer service from the cleanout to the main is unacceptable at 111 and 119
Whispering Hills Drive. We will be capturing video of the remaining areas this week and
will let you know as soon as possible if other areas need to be addressed as well.
Please contact me at 469-576-7709 to inform me of when your crews will be on the
project to correct these deficiencies.
