NOTICE TO PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION
Dear Mr. Beattie:
This letter will serve as your official notice to begin work on the referenced project on
November 2, 2015. Two hundred (200) Calendar Days were bid on this project for the
completion of work. Therefore, if work begins on November 2nd, then the calendar days on
the project will expire on May 20, 2016. Your construction time will officially begin the day
of commencement or November 2nd, whichever comes first.
