RE: Eagle Point F'dlage at Riverclutse
Dear Mike,
Attached are two sets of revised construction plans for the above referenced project along with permission to
grade on Johnny Thompson's property, your mark-ups and a copy of your October 23rd review letter.
We have responded to all comments on your letter and the mark-ups except for the following:
1)
Regarding comment No. 1 in your letter, the name Trinity Lane was hastily derived for a
preliminary plat by a proposed developer that is no longer involved with that project. It does
not seem to us that the street name should be honored.
2)
Regarding the escrow for future Glade Point Drive, the owner will be in contract with Ken to
discuss this issue.
3) Landscape and irrigation plans are being designed at this time.
4)
It does not seem necessary to us to provide erosion control where our storm sewer outfalls
into the Lakes. This is especially true considering that these headwalls will be maintained by
the Northwest Dallas County Flood Control District.
Please note that we have revised several storm sewer lines. Let me know if you want to discuss any of these
issues.
