We performed Atterberg limits without adding lime on the 3 samples. The liquid limits (LL) ranged from 21 to 29 The plasticity indices (PI) ranged from 10 to 13 Typically, cement stabilization instead of lime stabilization is performed for soils with a PI of less than 18. You may want to see what the City has to say about the soil stabilization method.
