Gentlemen:
We are handing you two (2) fully executed copies of your contract with the City of Coppell, Texas, dated
January 6, 1996, for construction of the Village Parkway Pump Station Addition Project.
You are hereby requested to proceed with construction of this project. You are allotted three hundred (300)
calendar days to complete all items of work. Time shall begin on the tenth (10th) day after the issuance of
this work order. The contract time shall commence on Friday, February 16, 1996, and terminate on
Wednesday, December 11, 1996.
