May need to acquire an easement to clear and dress-up existing ditch along Sandy
Lake Road (refer to Sheet 14).
Show elevations for centers of cul-de-sacs.
Show grading and easements for surface drainage.
Storm sewer manhole and/or junction box needed at intersection of Line A and
Line A 1 (refer to Sheet 11).
Refer to water and sanitary sewer plans for valve relocations.
Refer to general notes on water and sanitary sewer plans for changes in wording
of notes.
Need 2" blow-off plug instead of 1-$" plug in waterline.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once all comments have been
addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review.
