- Two sets of revised plans.
- The City's mark-ups.
- Approved preliminary drainage plan for Riverview Estates. (The Tract North of Eagle Point)
We will have a floodplain development permit to you shortly and are working on a letter of permission f~om
the owner of the "Riverview Estates' Tract.
We do not_._feel that rip-rap will be necessary at our outlets since they will be below the normal pool level of
the lakes.
I have included the drainage plan for River, dew so you can see how the two projects were intended to inter-
relate with regard to drainage.
Please let me know if you have any questions. We are behind schedule in the review process for this project.
So, if I can expedite the process by transferring plans between City deparUnents, or in any other way, please let
