Dear Mr. Griffin:
I am the owner of a 25.0489 acre tract situated on the south side of Sandy Lake Road, east of and adjacent to
the proposed Eagle Point Village at Riverchase development.
The plans for this project show a proposed alley to be constructed adjacent to the west line of my property.
Because the existing elevations along our common property line are low, ff this alley is to be built R will be
necessary to build an earthen slope from the proposed alley out onto my property.
Please be advised that I am agreeable to allowing this construction of the alley as planned and the necessary
slope into my property. I also agree to not remove the slope which might cause damage to the alley paving.
I reserve the right to have access to the alley when my property is developed into residential lots. I also
reserve the right to have full use and enjoyment of the sloped area so long as the integrity of the slope is
continually maintained.
