We are enclosing ~o sets of final plans and specifications for the construction of the Village Parkway Pump
Station Addition. These sets are for your use in submi~ing to the Texas Natural Resource and Consedation
Commission (~RCC) for their review. We are also enclosing a dra~ leRer for your use in transmi~ing the
plans and specifications to the ~RCC.
It is our interpretation of Chapter 290, Rules and Regulmions for Public Water Systems, adopted in 1992, that
an engineering repo~ is to accompany the submission of the project plans and specifications. It seems the
recently prepared repoa on the Ci~'s water distribmion system, along with our design le~er dated June 12,
1995, would meet that requirement.
If the enclosed plans ~d specifications meet with your approval, please fo~d ~o sets along with the Ci~'s
water system master plan repoa and the enclosed copy of our June 12, 1995 le~er to:

In accordance with the requirements of Chapter 290.39, Rules and Regulations for Public Water Systems, we
are submitting for your review two sets of plans and specifications for the construction of the Village Parkway
Pump Station Addition. We are also enclosing one copy of the City of Coppell, Water System Master Plan
Report, and a design letter report dated June 12, 1995 for you reference. Please review the plans and
specifications and indicate any revisions or corrections required.
It is our intention to publicly advertise this project receive and open bids December 2 I, 1995. You timely
review of this submittal is greatly appreciated. If you have any technical questions concerning the plans and
