Dear Scott:
On August 1,2001, Ed Bell Construction Company completed the reinstallation of a safety rail
along Coppell Road as per the detail and specifications. I have requested of Gary Pryor on
several occasions that missing traffic buttons along the centerline of the road be replaced. As
of this date, that has not been done. My recommendation is that as of 8/2/01, time charges to
Coppell Road stop. Ed Bell/Gary Pryor has given me no date as to when the damaged buttons
will be replaced. Thanks for your consideration.
