These sets have been revised in accordance with the City's review mark-ups which we are returning with this submittal. We understand the City advertised this project for bids in the local newspaper on Friday, December 1, 1995 and will advertise again on Friday, December 8th. As we discussed, we have sent notices to publishers, suppliers and contractors who typically perform work of this nature. We are enclosing a list of those companies we notified. As you requested, we have re-evaluated our opinion of probable construction cost for this project. Our updated opinion is based on the final plans and includes the replacing the roofing on the existing pump station, relocation of the existing electric duct bank out from under the proposed expansion, the addition of the radio our opinion of probable construction cost Br your review along with our previous opinion dated December, 1994.
