RE Old Town CoppellIn order to avoid charges to the city or to Mr. Yancey, we had to
combine the projects together. I don’t have a print but from memory I
believe there are two different single phase circuits to feed both
projects with each circuit feeding part of the city service and part of
the commercial development. We need to work all of it together rather
than mobilizing crews multiple times at the site. With the workload
that we have currently that would not be efficient use of our
construction resources. I spoke to Ronnie again this morning and I
believe the transformers will be delivered tomorrow rather than Friday.
We will do everything we can to complete your service as soon as
possible. I hope, weather permitting, to have the entire project
completed by early next week.

Karen,
I may be over simplifying the issue, but it seems to me that only two
transformers are necessary for the services that we’ve requested. I
understand that you have requests from Mr. Yancy for additional
services, but none of them have been built yet. The two services we
have requested were built and released by the city on July 19th. Can we
not use the available transformers to get power to these two services,
and set the additional one at a later date?
The city is having to pay our contractor to operate the irrigation
system with battery operated valves rather than the AC powered
controller due to this lack of power. Any assistance Oncor can provide
to expedite this work is appreciated.

I spoke to Ronnie yesterday. We are using transformers in our yard
that are used for replacements. We are lacking one having enough to
complete the service at your site. The transformers to replace our yard
stock are scheduled for delivery this Friday the 14th. I don’t see how
we would be able to meet the Monday date with the final transformer
coming Friday. I think we can get it all completed prior to next Friday
but I was trying to be conservative in my estimate when I emailed you
yesterday.

delivered this week to the site. Once the transformers are delivered, a
crew will need to assigned to pull wire and terminate. My guess is that
we should probably be finished by the end of next week (9/21). I would

in the vicinity of that Friday or the following Monday 9/24/12.
