It looks like she asked for “a survey” and that’s not really at all
what she needed. I had this from the tax rolls.
What we needed was the easement located and preferably a means of
measuring the net land area of this site.
I’m not sure this accurately reflects the present right-of-way but I’m
assuming you guys didn’t need any of this site for Bethel improvements?
