RFI- Please provide revised dimension of rail footing for 411MOD rail
utilizing existing headwall and wingwall steel in lieu of deck bolts as
discussed at our site meeting. Also include revised final top of footing
elevations. Verify 411MOD to be built per plan. All information is
necessary to order and fabricate steel necessary to proceed.
