RE Change Order request for Old Town (2)I just heard there was a plan change to S Coppell and Bethel that I have
not ever seen. My surveyor has it but I do not, can you release this to
me as we are trying to set up forms right now and we knew something was
wrong.

Marty/Tad,
See below for a link to some drawings for a proposed revision to the Old
Town project. The main revision is the addition of a 92 space parking
lot on the northwest corner of the site. This addition includes
electrical, landscape, paving, drainage, and irrigation changes. The
irrigation sheets are not included, but will follow early next week.
Please provide pricing to include this work as a change order to our
contract. Our desire is to use existing pay items where applicable. We
are available to meet to discuss the scope of this additional work at
your convenience. This change will require City Council approval prior
to beginning work.
