It’s not perfect, but this will work if acceptable to you.
We did not ever show the streetscape typical to Freese on this lot. It
was only a sidewalk matching the east side of Burnet. Unlike the east
side where a 6’ walk was designed, it would take a 7’ walk to get 3’ of
clearance around the light standards.
Since Planning wants the streetscape now, we will do it but it will
take some compromise. If we eliminate one HC space, we can make it work.
Bill & I came up with this yesterday, trying to get the HC parking to
work and keeping the trees out of the lights. This is the only HC space
to serve the Deli now.
If you guys have a better plan, we will do it.
If you are fine with this, please let me know as soon as possible as
this will hold up all of the designs due next week.
