Charles, Greg and I discussed this morning that it would probably be easiest if we put this in the name of the POA to start and just have MSC pay the cost of putting in the landscaping and irrigation. The alternative was to leave the agreement in the name of MSC and then have MSC assign the agreement to the POA once the improvements were finished.
