FW Transformer pads - Retail Service BlockHi Lonnie:
The surveyor is supposed to be on the site no later than Friday to set
the centers of the 6 transformer pads.
Sorry this took so long, my engineer has been in Hawaii.

Oncor will set the pads. Be sure to get the handhole installed for
that 1 cottage lot. This project is now in construction for scheduling.
When do you think the civil will be complete?
Thanks!

Hi Rick:
I have my surveyor locating the center of these 6 pad locations
so Housley can turn up the conduits.
We will be pouring these parking areas over the next two years.
Is there anything else we can do for you?
If you wanted us to pour the pads, I can have my engineer
prepare a pad elevation plan so we have all 6 above the future paving.
