RE Amending Plat for Old Town PlazaHere is a copy of the proposed amending plat for review and comment. Keith, I am not sure what we do with the Owner’s dedication statement. Some of the lots in this plat have been sold to others. Let me know what you think. Mike Glenn, P.E. Glenn Engineering Corp. I think this would be the cleanest way to do this. Let me know your thoughts on the issue. Keith Marvin, P.E. Attached are signature blocks for such a document. Please have Mike Glenn include a boxed-in “purpose statement” on the plat in bold. I have attached the signature blocks for an amending plat. If he wants to prepare it and send me a draft, I’ll take a look at it before he makes copies… Thanks, Matt PLEASE NOTE OUR OFFICES HAVE MOVED NEXT DOOR TO 265 PARKWAY Matthew Steer, AICP City Planner Planning Department City of Coppell 265 Parkway Boulevard Coppell, TX 75019 972-304-3559 <http://www.facebook.com/pages/City-of-Coppell-TX/324357528624> <http://twitter.com/#!/CityofCoppell> <http://www.youtube.com/user/CityofCoppellTX> <http://coppelltx.gov/ecocoppell>
