Gentlemen,
Oncor is requesting load sheets for the power services we are
attempting to establish. As I understand it, Oncor calculates an
allowable expenditure based on the anticipated usage, and then bills the
customer for the cost above the allowable.
They are planning to install 3 transformers, and those transformers
will power the two services being installed under the infrastructure
project at 710 Main, and 768 W. Main. These two services will power the
irrigation, tree well outlets, and parking lot lights. Freese will need
to fill out two forms, one for each service.
Since the entry feature and pavilion will also be fed from these two
transformers, including these load sheets should increase our allowable,
thereby reducing the city’s cost. Brad & Greg, could you fill one of
these out for your use and return it to me?
