Old Town Coppell Burial of Overhead ServicesLarry,
I am once again contacting you regarding completion of work associated
with the City's Old Town Coppell improvements project. In September of
2011 we executed the attached Discretionary Service Agreement to bury
several overhead crossings of Oncor service lines in the area. Leading
up to that agreement, and since the execution of that agreement I have
worked with you and our city electrical contractor, NEMA III Electric to
facilitate this work. Our electrician has been complete with their
portion of the work for some time now. After many calls, emails, and
conversations, Oncor has yet to begin their work covered under this
agreement.
We will soon be paving Bethel Road and the window of opportunity to
open cut these service crossings will be gone. Please let me know how
we can move this project forward.
