FW Existing Light Pole Meter and Irrigation Meter PadsKeith,
I wanted you be in the loop regarding this matter, in case John had not
forwarded this e-mail. There are a number of utilities near the
restroom slab that may need to be relocated to accommodate the slab.
We made the decision to shift the entire building 3’-0” to the east
before we submitted to alleviate the conflict with the water meter that
had been located in the restroom slab.
Please see Mega’s comments below and I would appreciate any assistance
to resolve this matter prior to slab installation.
Thanks,
Robert

Subject: Existing Light Pole Meter and Irrigation Meter Pads
RFI RR 3
The photo attached shows the location and elevation of a pair of
concrete pads that have been built within the six foot wide sidewalk
that is to go along the east side, back side of the restroom and storage
facility.
Please advise what we are to do with these two obstacles along with the
wiring and conduit that runs through the proposed foundation of the
building.
Also, previously we asked for direction to the water meter relocation
at the front side of the building that inhibits placing the foundation
forms. We also have a sanitary sewer cleanout also in a 3foot sidewalk
that runs along the front of the building.
We are working on completing the excavation of the foundation tomorrow
March 5th. We will place rebar on wed and concrete placement to follow.
Thank you for your immediate attention to these issues.
