Hi Troy:
Zach and I met with JRJ Paving and the City on Friday to accept the
first ten lots.
At your convenience, we need a reply from Darling that these 10 lots
are accepted.
The City graciously issued a change order to JRJ to fine grade these
lots for us, allowing us to close before the infrastructure is complete
in July. If you could let me know, I would appreciate it so we can
release them on the grading.
