I sent this to Phillip and Marty with Time Warner on Monday and have had no response. Keith Marvin, P.E. I met with Phillip Gwin and a contractor working on behalf of Time Warner Cable this morning. I have a permit request from TWC to install new conduit through our Old Town Coppell area to serve 801 Hammond Street. As you know, the City of Coppell constructed a considerable amount of conduit on behalf of TWC within this new development. I will be working on an invoice to send to you shortly to reimburse the city for this expense. In the meantime, I would like to see if this conduit can be used to provide service to 801 Hammond. This would keep you from having to bore so much of the new road. I’m attaching the conduit plan provided by your designers for this area. Please call me at your convenience to discuss this matter.
