Greg, attached is a draft of the easement for Oncor. We used the City form
but had to make a number of changes for it to make sense. I am also
anticipating that Frank or any other buyer of this lot will not want any
additional above ground improvements unless they consent so I added some
language about that. One version is in Word with a pdf attachment and the
other is all pdf.
