RE Swale Locations - Darling LotsKeith,
We are checking these now and they seem to be sitting 1 to 1.5' off of
the lot lines which is what the plan shows. There is a 3' drainage
easement and the swale has to be in the middle of the easement. James is
over there now checking on this, if any of them are off we will correct
it today, but we do not see where they are off.

We'll need to resolve this grading prior to them setting form boards.
We'll be there with JRJ at 10:00am tomorrow. If we can establish what
will be acceptable then, they may be able to fix it by Monday.

Darling's field superintendent is Zach Gavos 409.273.6767 and I can try
to get him there as well. I'm certain he is there on Monday because they
are setting form boards then.

I hate to send this to you since you're helping us with a change order
that isn't your job.
Darling's guy pointed out to me yesterday that none of the swales were
placed offset from the lot line as drawn. I've been trying to get this
done since I got Glenn's plan last week but they didn't come until
yesterday to sign off.
I will be glad to meet JRJ out there so you don't have to do anymore on
this.
I'm glad only 10 lots are cut.
