Park & Square Restaurant Sites Power Cost Sharing AgreementHi Clay:
Please find attached the costs from Oncor for their facilities and the
proposal from Housley to provide the civil work to install three phase
power at the square for all three lots.
As we have agreed, Main Street Coppell will contract with both parties
to have the work performed immediately in anticipation of the park
opening.
We will send our surveyor to the site to locate the easement corners
and set the transformer pad elevations. We have the elevation for the
City’s pad and requested Glenn Engineering to determine ours so the
surveyor can work this week.
We can invoice the City for its 1/3 of these costs. If you are in
agreement, please reply affirmatively and we will proceed.
