RE FW Coppell Road South1. Per the POA documents, the property owner of any lot adjacent to the right of way must irrigate the area. The POA does the maintenance, just as it maintains all of the treewells. 2. The POA will prune the plant materials to maintain appearance/line-of-sight. Thanks, Gregory K. How is going to be irrigated? 2. Avoid visibility problems at the intersections (Houston and Travis). and 3. Who will maintain it (property owner or POA)? Please note that we have changed the plant material and banded the parking islands with river rock to make it easier for people parking adjacent to the curb to get to the sidewalk. Also note that an additional bed was added on the north end of the project. Please peruse the revisions and let us know what you think. You have already crush our dreams of being great landscape designers by making us change all the plants, so feel free to let us know what you think. ( Sorry, I could not help it) Actually you told us in such a nice way that you did not like the plant selection, it makes us want to please you even more. Thanks and never hesitate to contact me.
