RE RE Change Order request for Old Town (2)Keith,
Below are the answers to Marty’s questions:
1. PV-20 says to see sheet D8, there
is no D8 so we do not know what to do with the existing curb inlet in
this approach.
a. The note on PV-20 should say “see sheet DT-9”
2. Sd-18 says to refer to PV-6A and there is no such sheet
a. The note should say “see sheet PV-20”
3. I see a sheet DT-9 showing a curb inlet to be modified to a
grate inlet.
Is this for both the curb inlet on Hammonds and the one at Sta. 2+53.27
a. This detail is for the curb inlet on Hammond within the
approach limits – see No. 1 above

Marty/Tad,
See below for a link to some drawings for a proposed revision to the
Old
Town project. The main revision is the addition of a 92 space parking
lot on the northwest corner of the site. This addition includes
electrical, landscape, paving, drainage, and irrigation changes. The
irrigation sheets are not included, but will follow early next week.
Please provide pricing to include this work as a change order to our
contract. Our desire is to use existing pay items where applicable.
We
are available to meet to discuss the scope of this additional work at
your convenience. This change will require City Council approval prior
to beginning work.
