Sewer line connection at 516 W Bethel RdHello Keith,
Forgive the perturbed voice message I sent you today (Suday). I was
concerned about plumbing related issues arrising out of the recent
storm-sewer work done on or around 516 W. Bethel Rd.'s easement. Carlos
Gomez informed me (Saturday) that when they arrived home in the
afternoon maybe around 3:00pm, that thery found the construction crew
was diggin ginto the yard, trying to re-connect with the existing 4"
line coming from the house out towards thbe street. They apparently
experienced problems locating the depth\ of the cast iron pipe. When
they did connect, they found there was no "fall" in the line. They
removed the existing cast iron, redug the trench to a sufficient depth
and put in a 4"pvc line to correct the gravity fall issue. Carlos
