JT on Bethel RoadHi Keith:
We are going to contract with Local Diner and I have a question about
the joint trench on Bethel.
Unlike the Oncor plan attached, Mike Glenn used the coordinates on the
JT plan and he believes it is on our lot. If that is the case, it will
affect the building footprint location.
If we don’t build the cottages and we try to build a retail-style
building, the building façade would ideally be 5-6 feet behind the
right-of way/sidewalk and there would be concrete instead of any
landscaping in front of the building.
Can you tell exactly where the JT is located?
If it has to stay on the lot, the problem will be the building awnings
hanging over the franchise utility easement.
