I am at bethel right now if you want to meet. I have everything
included from the discharge side of the water meter. If the meter is on
the other side of the street or a drive then I will need to add a price
for bore.

Do you understand what they want to do, this is a temporary
system? Is this how you bid this change order, or do we need to meet
onsite to further clarify? If we are not making the tap on the 16”
waterline then I need you to include everything you need to get this
system running

No. We'll use the existing farmers market water service. The
email I sent with the plan said things had changed since we drew it up.
We can meet out there with the irrigator and discuss the approach to
irrigating the trees.

The plans call for a tap and saddle on the existing 16”

We shouldn't need another tap. We're going to use the
farmers market water.

Thanks, and yes I am waiting on KCK to give me
the price on the tap and service. Problem I see with holding these trees
is they are B&B and will not last long without being planted.

We met out there this morning to look at it.
Rick is working with the landscaper to fit the material in there. Any
trees that don't fit can be used for that change down by the farmers
market. Are you working on a price for me on that?

Any answers on what you want to do on
this? I was just told the plant material had already been ordered, trees
and shrubs, and were delivered today.
