Sieb Cc: Matt Steer; Mindi Hurley; Kenneth Griffin; Michael Garza Subject: Old Town Coppell Landscape License Agreement I am working on finalizing the license agreement with Greg Yancey for them to install, operate, and maintain landscaping improvements within the city right of way of Burnet Street and Houston street. Page 6 of the attached exhibit shows the right of way adjacent to the Coppell Deli to be included in this licensed area. As I understand it, the Coppell Deli is currently working on a plan to redevelop their site. Do we need to remove this portion of the Burnet Street right of way from this license, and allow the Deli to landscape and maintain this area in accordance with their plan? Keith Marvin, P.E.
