One of our business owners took this picture today when he returned to
his shop after lunch. He was under the impression that this crew was
working for the city, and proceeded to tell me how unacceptable this
situation was.
I agree that this should not have happened without first advising the
business owner. Please note that this is JFC working on behalf of
Atmos. Please ask them to make contact with Mr. Shirley, owner of the
Bethel Road Barbershop and let him know if they will be blocking his
business again. They should also ensure there is no damage from the
outrigger on their backhoe being on his front porch.
