RE oncor change order itemsI am waiting on my subs to update their pricing. If you put that on this
next change order that has to go to council these guys will not get paid
for this work in the april invoice though.

The secondary handholes have been installed now and Housley is wanting
to bill for them. I do not see where this change order has been issued,
how can we get this worked out to bill for this work?
