RE FW Includes Deviation(s) New Report(s) for Project Main Street Development (94111290)These pads will be regarded by noon tomorrow and the density on this one
pad will be corrected by then as well. Please set up the lab to retake
densities and the surveyor to reshoot grade after 3pm tomorrow.
Regarding the grades we need to make sure they are not shooting grade in
the swales or the elevations will not be representative of the pads as
the lot lines are in the middle of these swales.

It appears there is a density failure on one of the residential lots as
well. Hopefully you can address that when you fix the grades.
