Old Town Coppell TownhomesI have another question for you. With these short driveways at the back
of the townhomes that connect to the alleys, what is the maximum grade
allowed for the driveways?
I believe the subdivision ordinance references a maximum grade in a
subdivision to be 10% but was not clear if that included the driveways.
We were planning on limiting our maximum grades to 14%. The driveways
are only 6 feet long.
