This was covered in the 2nd amendment to the Development Agreement. The end buyer got a quote to perform this work and the cost came to $17,654. It is my understanding that Keith Marvin previously approved this amount. With your permission, we would like to include this amount as a credit on the closing statement for the CEDF to MSC transfer. MSC is providing the end buyer the same credit on the closing statement for that transaction. If acceptable, please confirm to Kathy Haynes. If you have any questions or need to discuss, let me know.
