I’m not sure who on staff will own this, so please let me know.
I contacted the Diner contractor and explained that we need a
reasonably complete material take-off and the cost of Don Koos
Associates inspections separated since those fees are in this lump sum.
We gave the Diner a due diligence requirement that the vapor barrier
expense estimate be presented to us during the inspection period of the
contract. We don’t want to close and then get an unreasonable estimate.
Do you want me to coordinate this with Keith Marvin?
